Bridal Booking Fee | $150 (On Location) (Per Event) $75 (In Studio, Bride Only)
A non-refundable fee due at the time of booking in order to reserve your wedding day services. The Booking Fee must accompany a signed contract for the party and is not applicable towards any trial or "day of" services. The Booking Fee is our answer to simple pricing. Several companies up-charge for not reaching service minimums, for accommodating special schedules, for total travel, etc. Thanks to the booking fee, we are able to eliminate a lot of "we can do that, but it's going to cost more" type scenarios.
Payment Plan | Booking Fee & 40% Service Retainer due at time of booking. Final service count due 30 days prior to Event. Final balance & 20% service gratuity due on date of the event.
Mileage Guide | The first 15 miles (30 miles round trip) of travel from the assigned artist(s) address will carry no extra charge for weddings; other special events & trial sessions do not have included mileage.
1-10 miles | $20
11-20 miles | $25
21-30 miles | $30
30+ miles | $30+
for the first 30 miles (past the complimentary 30 miles),
plus $0.62 per mile thereafter
TRAVEL DISCLAIMER: If the venue or event location does not provide complimentary parking accommodations (off-street) the Responsible Party will be financially responsible for valet or garage parking fees for each artist assigned to the event. Weddings outside of a 10 mile radius, on holiday
weekends/weekdays, will be subject to a higher mileage rate priced per hour per artist.
Travel prices are subject to change based upon the market value of gas prices and/or the location of the artist's starting address. If the address services are to be provided at does not offer a complimentary parking option, valet parking will be charged to the responsible party for each artist providing services. Some travel requires an hourly rate due to Northern Virginia traffic gridlock.Options for services to be provided in-studio will be available for Bride-Only wedding parties.
Trial Sessions | Trials for Hair and MakeUp are optional. However, based on our experience, these services are strongly recommended.
Hair Trial| $75 per hour Mon.-Thu.$100 per hour Fri.-Sun. includes verbal consultation, trial run formal style of up to two styles, 60 minutes in duration
MakeUp Trial| $75 per hour Mon.-Thu.$100 per hour Fri.-Sun includes verbal consultation, trial run makeup application, 60 minutes in duration
Additional Artist(s) & TouchUp Rate | One artist per every 5 services is included in the existing pricing. If an additional artist(s) is requested, but there are not enough bookings to meet the 5 serivices per artist minimum, a $125 per artist additional fee wil be required.
If an artist(s) is requested to stay past the initial allotted "to be done" contracted, a $50 per hour per artist fee will be assessed beginning at the original "to be done" time contracted.
Gratuity | Gratuity is not included in the pricing. A 20% of services rendered gratuity will be added to the final contract balance.
