Teddi is the owner and founder of Bobby Pins & Blush, based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Teddi created Bobby Pins & Blush in 2012 and has been providing top quality hair and makeup services for clients all over the DMV area. Teddi's team of hair and makeup artists have been providing services for the Washington Mardi Gras Ball since 2015, and look forward to many more years of creating stunning looks for our wonderful Mardi Gras clientele.

Hi there! I’m Morgan! For the last 5 years most of my weekends are spent making brides & their squad all dolled up! My weekdays are spent mostly in the hospital, as I’m a physical therapist assistant. I do both professional airbrush makeup & hair. However, hair is my favorite. I love a good messy, low bun, with lots of volume!
Starr attended the Center of Applied Technology North (CAT North, Cosmetology program) while in high school. She continued her education from high school through continuing Mentorships. Starr has 5 years of experience with 3 being a lead stylist on a bridal team. She has been mentored for years on bridal styling and in salon services. She is always furthering her education and looking for amazing artists to mentor under/learn from. Starr loves all types of hair and textures, all things from bridal styling, updos and more! She has a crazy head of hair herself and believes every person should have the ability to love their hair and style!

Luciana is a freelance hair and makeup artist as well as a MAC artist working in the DMV area. She was born in Washington DC and raised in the Northern Virginia area. Lucy loves all thing beauty but especially the feeling of enhancing peoples' natural features through makeup.

Morelia is a hairstylist and a certified makeup artist graduating from Von Lee School for Aesthetics. Her passion for hair and makeup started when she was in high school. The same year she graduated from high school, she graduated from cosmetology school. She has been working as a hairstylist for more than 15 years and as a makeup artist for 6 years. Her favorite part of her job as a beautician is that she never stops learning. Her job is always changing and she can be creative and help her clients to feel their best!

That’s why she loves all aspects and elements of things that go into making beauty and art. She loves creating looks that evoke emotions. Ayrehl Davis
Ayrehl is as any great artist self-taught. She has been practicing her craft since 2011, working at reputable makeup stores like Chanel and Armani. She also freelanced for for Hair & Makeup Unveiled as well as Bobby pins and blush for 4 years. She just recently graduated from VCU and achieved a B.F.A with a concentration in fashion design with a minor in general business. Above all Ayrehl is dedicated to making her customers feel happy, satisfied, and most importantly beautiful in their OWN skin. One face at a time.

Kaelie Haynie
I’m Kaelie and I’m a certified makeup artist and small business owner. I built my business starting at age 17 and have now been a working makeup artist for 5 years serving clients on location all over Virginia. I have worked with many vendors, fellow business owners, and clients over the years with my experience in makeup artistry and in my years as a receptionist for various companies. I have coordinated numerous business projects and managed schedules in both my jobs. I decided to extend my ability in the field by becoming a licensed esthetician, and I now provide facials, waxing, and more. I truly love what I do!

Gabby graduated from the Academy of Makeup in Cockeysville, MD in 2017, where she was trained in airbrush and special FX makeup. Since graduating she has acquired 5.5 years of professional experience in the industry specializing in airbrush makeup. Fun facts: She loves learning new things & is now certified in aerial yoga! She is also a lash and spray tan artist!

Taleen's makeup skills are self-taught, but she took drawing and oil painting lessons growing up and so much of what I learned applies to how she does makeup today. Taleen has been doing makeup professionally for about 7 years now, but even before then she was always the go-to friend for all things beauty. Fun Fact, she could probably open her own Sephora store with the amount of makeup she owns.
